TE United Rallies late to take down Manhattan Pride 76-70

Heading into the game the The undefeated Pride had aspirations of locking a spot for the second round with a win over their adversaries but the Gritty TE United team had other plans. Down by as much as 18, TE would make a furious run in the fourth that the Pride wouldn’t be able to handle. TE went on 15-2 run in the fourth. TE’s Rookie Kevin Cox (9 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks) brought the energy needed to spark the run, hitting two back to back 3pt shots, two big defensive blocks and getting in transition to make plays. Veteran Forward Malik Jenkins(17 points, 7 rebounds) finished relentlessly around the basket, all his points coming in the second half. Also contributing for TE United was Mason Bennett (10 points, 6 rebounds) and Julez Jenkins (10 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals) For the Pride, Ahmed Nagaya (21 points, 10 rebounds, 5 steals) contributed much of the Offense early. Prince Samuels and Steven Grant added 13 points each
